Commentary:

People like to bitch about frivolous lawsuits. But people are terrible at reading the actual court records which would demonstrate that some "frivolous lawsuits". People are pretty good at repeating corporate PR that's spoon fed to them, even if they would claim to hate greedy corporations in the next breath.
